They are rated overall 4 stars by English Tourist Board, with Ivyleaf Barton itself rated 5 star. The cottages are available all year round and some take pets by arrangement. Prices include bed linen and electricity and full gas central heating  for Ivyleaf Barton and Courtside.

All the cottages have both TV/DVD and CD/Radio/DAB players. Guests have the use of an all weather tennis court and the cottages are adjacent to a 9 hole golf course/driving range/mountain board slope.

The Cottages are located in an exclusive residential area with lawned areas making an ideal safe location for families, approximately 3 miles north of Bude. They enjoy an elevated position with stunning views over both the coast towards Bude Bay and in the distance to Trevose Head and also the north Cornish countryside to Bodmin.

The well known surfing beaches at Sandymouth Bay and Summerlease beach are both ten minutes' drive away.

Shopping is very good now in Bude, with Fat Face a recent arrival to complement existing gems such as Spencer Thorn Jewellers and Airculture, Zuma Jay and Deep Blue for all your surfing needs.
